MyOperator PhoneBridge connector empowers users to provide a seamless customer experience and determine the best course of action through personalized contextual interactions via Zoho Sales CRM.

  • The agents can initiate calls from zoho CRM

  • Popup notification will be visible in Zoho CRM for incoming and outgoing calls.  (If zoho phone bridge is enabled in Zoho)

  • All calls will be added as activity in CRM



Zoho and MyOperator integration without Zoho phone Bridge

Prerequisite

  • Webhook after call feature should be in your MyOperator plan

  • Install the click to call chrome extension

  • Click to call feature should be in your MyOperator plan

  • Email ID of user on Zoho should be same as email ID of user on MyOperator

  • Sync the MyOperator and Zoho CRM user. - The email ID of MyOperator user should be the same as Zoho CRM user. If you have added new users in Zoho CRM, you can resync Users .

Steps for integration

  • Go to Zoho Phonebridge Integration

  • Enter Company ID( You can get company ID from Login to Myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the company ID)

  • Enter Secret key(You can get secret key from Login to Myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the secret key)

  • Enter API token (You can get API token from Login to Myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the API token)


Zoho phone bridge and MyOperator integration

Prerequisite

  • Phonebridge should be enabled from zoho Telephony

  • Webhook Incall and after call feature should be in your MyOperator plan

  • Click to call feature should be in your MyOperator plan

  • Email ID of user on zoho should be same as email ID of user on MyOperator

  • Sync the MyOperator and Zoho CRM user. - The email ID of MyOperator user should be the same as Zoho CRM user. If you have added new users in Zoho CRM, you can resync Users .

  1. The agent can initiate the COC from Zoho CRM. There is a call button in front of the number.
  2. Call activity will be created for every Call.
