How are lead fields populated for incoming calls in Zoho CRM?
Lead Owner is determined by the last agent who handled the call. If no owner is found with the email ID, the default owner (1st user of Zoho) will be assigned. The caller's phone number is added as the Lead Name and Phone, and the call details are added to the Description field.
