How are leads and activities managed in KYLAS CRM during calls?

1. For Incoming Calls
      - The lead will be created if no lead exists
      - Activity will be created under the lead
2. For Outgoing Calls
      - Activity will be created under the lead
      - Call can be initiated directly from the kylas CRM. In every lead/activity besides a phone number click to call icon is available → click on it to initiate a call
