Quick Answer
You can reach the MyOperator Panel from any desktop or laptop browser by opening the MyOperator web login page, entering your registered mobile number and password, and completing the one-time OTP verification; if the password is forgotten, the “Forgot Password” link lets you reset it with the same mobile number and an OTP, and panel access to individual features depends on your role and permissions.
1. Login Steps
- Launch a web browser on a desktop or laptop computer.
- Navigate to the official MyOperator web login page.
- Type the mobile number that is registered with your MyOperator user account.
- Enter your current account password.
- If an OTP prompt appears, enter the verification OTP received on the same registered number.
- After successful verification you will be redirected to the MyOperator Panel.
For security, never share your password or OTP. The OTP is sent only to the registered mobile number to protect your account.
2. Forgot Password Procedure
- Open the MyOperator login page in your browser.
- Click the “Forgot Password” option beneath the password field.
- Enter the registered mobile number for the account.
- Complete the OTP verification sent to that number.
- Create and confirm a new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in with the new credentials.
3. Common Login Issues
- OTP not received
If the OTP message does not arrive, make sure the registered number has network coverage, that SMS messages are being delivered, and try toggling Flight Mode ON and then OFF before requesting the OTP again. Confirm you are using the correct registered number. If the OTP is still missing after these checks, contact the Support Team. - Login attempt exceeded
Several consecutive failed logins may trigger a temporary security lock. Wait for the lock period to end and try again. If the message persists, reach out to Support with the registered number and the exact error displayed. - Permission or access error
When you can sign in but cannot open a specific section, your role or permission set may be restricted. Ask your account administrator or the relevant internal team to review and adjust your access. - Registered mobile number changed
If you no longer control the mobile number linked to the account, the profile must be updated after ownership verification. Contact your Account Manager (AM) or the Support Team for the required verification steps.
Get in touch with the Support Team if you experience any of the following:
- The login page will not load or shows a persistent error.
- OTPs do not arrive even after completing basic network and SMS checks.
- The password reset process fails.
- Correct credentials still produce a login failure.
- You can log in but cannot reach necessary panel features.
- You need to change the registered mobile number.
- Any continuing authentication or account-access error appears.
Have the details below ready to speed up resolution:
- Service Number or BAN
- The registered mobile number
- A screenshot of the error (when applicable)
- The approximate time the issue occurred
- The full error message displayed on-screen
The Support Team will verify your account and, if required, coordinate with the appropriate internal team.
5. Security and Permissions Notes
The MyOperator web panel and the Dialer App may each apply different access rules based on your assigned role. If you cannot reach a particular feature, ask your administrator or the concerned team to confirm that the correct permissions are enabled.
