Quick Answer
Request additional Service Numbers—new virtual, toll-free, or IVR lines—by contacting your assigned Account Manager or MyOperator support; after commercial quotation and KYC, standard lines activate in 2–3 business days and bulk pools in 2–8.
1. When you need a new Service Number
Add a new Service Number when your business requires a distinct IVR line, toll-free number, or virtual line for another department, brand, or use-case. This is a plan upgrade handled only through your Account Manager.
If you only need more agents on an existing line, log in as an Admin at in.app.myoperator.com and navigate to Manage → Users → Add New; you can add users yourself up to the seat limit of your current plan.
2. How to submit your request
- Determine the total number of new Service Lines you need and the primary purpose or business use-case for each line.
- Email support@myoperator.com, call 08129-81029 or 092129 92129, or contact your assigned Account Manager directly.
- Provide your Business Account Number (BAN) and official business name, the exact line count, and the stated purpose.
3. Expected turnaround times (TAT)
- Standard line addition for fewer than 20 accounts: 2–3 business days after quotation acceptance, KYC completion, and payment.
- Bulk or corporate number pooling for more than 20 accounts: 2–8 business days (up to one week) to complete corporate billing consolidation and shared minutes pooling.
What happens inside MyOperator after you submit
1. Support Team verification & hand-off
The Support Team checks your account standing—BAN, existing Service Numbers, and any unpaid dues—then confirms you need a separate line rather than additional user seats. They create a ticket containing your BAN, business name, requested line count, and use-case and route it immediately to the assigned Account Manager. Front-line support never quotes pricing or provisions lines directly.
2. Account Manager handling & commercial activation
- The Account Manager contacts you, shares plan options and quotations, collects KYC documents, and processes payment.
- For standard provisioning, the AM coordinates with provisioning teams to assign and activate the new lines within 2–3 business days.
- For corporate pools (more than 20 lines or combined monthly rental of at least ₹20,000), the AM ensures all lines share identical billing cycles and plan structures.
- The AM submits a tech-support ticket that includes the BAN, the approved Plan PDF, and the full Service Number list.
- Minutes pooling on Scale Plans is enabled by applying recurring FCV waivers; engineering completes this within 2–8 business days.
