How do I 'Disable' an added 'User' from receiving my business calls?

To 'Disable' a user from receiving your business calls:
  1. Go to 'Users' in the 'Manage' section. You have all the users enlisted as per their ‘Extensions’, ‘Role’, and ‘Name’.
  2. Click on the 3 dots which is available on the right-hand side of each user.
  3. On that select set call availability.
  4. On the next page, it will give the option 'Make or receive calls from the user's mobile' and you can turn it off to disable user form receiving calls.
