How do I filter logs in MyOperator mobile app?

To filter the call logs:

1. Login to your mobile app and go to "Logs"




2. Click on the “Filter” icon at the top-right




3. Select a “Filter”, whichever suits your requirement




4. MyOperator mobile app already has some default filters created, such as:
  1. IVR: Calls which were missed or answered using an IVR.
  2. Connected: Calls which were connected and answered by you or your team.
  3. Missed: Calls which were missed both on mobile and on IVR.
  4. SMS: SMSes received both on your mobile and through IVR.
  5. Mobile: Calls received or answered or missed using the mobile
You can choose from any of the above-mentioned filters.
