Where can I find the Manage option in the panel?

Quick Answer

The Manage menu sits on the left-hand navigation bar of your MyOperator dashboard, directly underneath Reports, and appears only when you are logged in as an Admin, Super-Admin, or Account Owner.

Location & Purpose of Manage

When you sign in at in.app.myoperator.com, look at the vertical sidebar on the left and scroll until you pass the Reports icon; the very next item is Manage. This section gives you administrative control over three critical settings:

  • Users – Add or edit team members, assign the roles Administrator, Manager, or Call Agent, toggle Pro licences, set individual call availability, and begin an ownership transfer if required.
  • Departments – Configure call-distribution rules, map agent extensions, and edit department queues by opening the options menu (⋮) and selecting Edit.
  • DIDs – View every virtual number or direct DID line allotted to your account and manage their assignments.

Role-Based Visibility Requirements

Only the following roles can see or open Manage:

  • Account Owner
  • Super-Admin
  • Admin

Standard Call Agents and other non-admin users never see this menu. If you are signed in as a Call Agent, log out and re-enter with credentials that hold one of the roles above.

Step-by-Step: Accessing Manage & Its Sub-Options

  1. Open your browser and go to in.app.myoperator.com.
  2. Enter your Admin, Super-Admin, or Owner credentials and click Log In.
  3. Examine the sidebar; if your screen is small, scroll to the bottom of the list.
  4. Click Manage, directly beneath Reports, to expand its Users, Departments, and DIDs controls.

Troubleshooting When Manage Is Missing or Unclickable

  • Confirm your role. Click the profile icon in the top-right corner. If it shows Call Agent, switch to an account with Admin-level rights.
  • Refresh the session. Log out, reload the page, and log back in.
  • Clear cache or use Incognito. Wipe browser cookies or open a private window to remove stale tokens.
  • Scroll the sidebar. On laptops with limited height, some menu items remain hidden below the fold; scroll until Manage appears.

What Our Support & Account Management Teams Will Do

Front-Line Verification & Guided Diagnostics

The support agent will verify your BAN or service number, inspect your role inside Manage → Users on the backend, and walk you through logging out, clearing cache, using Incognito mode, and rechecking the role icon. If you prefer, the agent will offer a live Google Meet screen-share to guide you or to update department routing rules. Should you need to shift Super-Admin or Account Owner privileges, the agent will send you the Knowledge Base article that explains the self-service process.

Account Manager Handoff for Unreachable Owners

If the original Account Owner has left the company without transferring the role, the support agent will tag your assigned Account Manager. The AM will gather a signed authorisation letter on company letterhead, GST or Certificate of Incorporation proof, and the new owner’s identity documents, then raise an internal ticket for a backend ownership reassignment.

When a verified Admin or Owner still cannot see Manage across multiple browsers or devices,The ticket cites a possible frontend permission-sync failure or user-role database mapping glitch and must contain:

  • The client’s BAN
  • The affected User ID
  • Registered email address
  • Browser and device information
  • Screen recordings or full-page screenshots of the issue
