Quick Answer
You can raise any API, CRM, webhook, WhatsApp, or other integration request or status inquiry by emailing support@myoperator.com or contacting your Account Manager (AM); include your account identifiers, the integration or platform name, and a short description so Support/AM can check the current status and coordinate with the technical team when necessary.
Primary Details Required for Integration Support
When you first contact Support or your AM, provide every item below so that the team can immediately locate your account and understand the integration work.
- Service Number, IVR Number, or BAN associated with the account.
- Your registered business name.
- The CRM or platform involved—for example, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or a custom application.
- The integration type (API, webhook, CRM integration, WhatsApp integration, and so on).
- A concise requirement or issue summary such as:
- New integration or onboarding request
- Status update required
- API not responding as expected
- Webhook data not syncing
- CRM integration not working
- Configuration or authentication issue
- Any supporting material you already have: relevant error message text, screenshots, API response bodies, Call IDs, Message IDs, or other transaction traces.
Technical Booking & Consultation Workflow
- If live developer assistance, endpoint testing, or complex troubleshooting is needed, your AM will open the technical consultation portal at zbooking.in/RHRIx and book the next available slot with a Tech Support Engineer.
- The booking form must be filled with the client contact name, email address, contact number, BAN, and a detailed summary of the integration requirement.
- After booking, an automated Google Calendar invite containing the Google Meet link is sent at the same time to you, your AM, and the Integration Engineer.
- Please ensure that your internal developers or IT stakeholders join the scheduled session and have the necessary CRM API keys and endpoint credentials ready for live testing.
Support & Account Manager Workflow
You should connect with Support (support@myoperator.com) or your AM in any of these situations:
- You need a new API key, a webhook endpoint configured, or onboarding for a CRM integration.
- You want to know the progress or deployment status of an integration that is already underway.
- You are experiencing data-sync delays, missing call logs in your CRM, or API authentication failures.
Once a request arrives, the teams follow this process:
- Support Team: They verify your BAN or Service Number, record the specific CRM/API details, and create a priority callback task for the assigned AM.
- Account Manager: The AM checks the backend deployment status with internal engineering, shares an up-to-date report with you, or schedules a live technical session through the Zoho Bookings System when direct developer assistance is required.
Escalation to Tech Support
If the Support team or AM cannot resolve the matter directly, they will escalate it to the Internal Tech Support Team.
- Escalation triggers: persistent API error responses, webhooks that fail to trigger after call completion, or custom payload-mapping errors that need engineering intervention.
- Information included in the escalation ticket: your BAN, the target CRM details, sample payloads or API response logs, and a clear description of the discrepancy that was observed.
