Quick Answer
If your MyOperator account is suspended for over-usage or becomes inactive after an unpaid renewal, you can usually restore service by clearing the pending amount in Billing → Payment; suspensions lift automatically within 5–10 minutes, while renewals cleared after the 7-day grace period require your Account Manager (AM) to reactivate the panel, and accounts left unpaid for 28 days become permanently deactivated and need a brand-new setup.
1. Overview of Account Statuses
MyOperator recognises three payment-related states, each with its own trigger and recovery path.
- Suspended: Usage or add-ons exceed plan limits and the credit limit is exhausted.
- Inactive: The annual or monthly renewal fee is still unpaid after the 7-day grace period (Days 8–28).
- Permanently Deactivated: Renewal remains unpaid through Day 28; the panel is irretrievable from Day 29 onward.
2. Usage-Based Suspension Details
Suspension occurs the moment your credit limit hits zero because of excess usage such as extra users, departments, DIDs, or high-volume WhatsApp/SMS campaigns.
- The system emails Low Account Balance alerts to the registered address as you approach the limit.
- You can pay instantly inside the panel by navigating to Billing → Payment.
- Once the balance reflects ₹0.00, services restart automatically within 5–10 minutes—no manual intervention is required.
3. Renewal-Based Inactivity Lifecycle
- Days 1–7 (Grace Period): Renewal Reminder Emails are sent, and all services stay active.
- Day 7 EOD – Inactive: If payment is still pending, the account turns Inactive and call handling stops. Payments made any time from Day 8 through Day 28 must be verified by your AM, who will manually reactivate the panel once the balance reads ₹0.00.
- Day 29 – Permanently Deactivated: After 28 consecutive unpaid days, the workspace is destroyed. Existing numbers and configurations cannot be recovered, and a completely new panel must be onboarded.
4. How to Reactivate Your Account
| Account Status | Primary Trigger | Resolution Path | Timeline / Recovery |
|---|
| Suspended | Exceeded feature limits; credit exhausted | Log in → Billing → Payment → Clear balance | Auto-resume in 5–10 minutes |
| Inactive (Days 8–28) | Renewal unpaid past 7-day grace | Settle dues → Inform assigned AM | AM verifies ₹0.00 and reactivates manually |
| Permanently Deactivated (Day 29+) | Renewal unpaid for 28 days | Contact AM/Sales to open a new workspace | Original panel unrecoverable |
Email support@myoperator.co or your AM whenever:
- The panel is inactive and you need help with renewal payment.
- You have paid but the status has not changed.
- You are unsure about the outstanding amount or current status.
- There is any discrepancy with a payment, invoice, waiver, or billing entry.
- You cannot access the account or the payment page.
- A suspended account has not resumed 10 minutes after successful payment.
- You need clarity on recovery options after permanent deactivation.
The AM or Support agent will verify account status, payment confirmation, and service health before escalating to Finance/Billing or Technical teams if deeper investigation is required.
6. Key Differences & Email Alerts
- Suspension is usage-driven, self-resolves on payment, and always sends Low Balance alerts in advance.
- Inactivity follows missed renewals, requires AM action, and is preceded by Renewal Reminder emails throughout the 7-day grace window.
- Permanent Deactivation is final and triggered on Day 29 after 28 days of non-payment.
- All alerts go to the registered email ID, giving you advanced notice to avoid downtime.
