Insert the SIM whose number is registered in your MyOperator profile into SIM Slot 1, then set that SIM as the default line for both Calls and Mobile Data in Android settings to keep the Dialer App connected and avoid dropped or missed patch calls.
The Dialer App authenticates against the exact mobile number saved in Manage Users. If another SIM is selected for voice or data, the app may lose registration, sync failures can occur, and incoming patch calls can be missed. Assigning the correct SIM as primary eliminates these problems.
For the most stable radio signal and network hand-overs, place the registered MyOperator SIM in SIM Slot 1. While using the Dialer App, keep this same SIM selected as the default line for Mobile Data so call logs and statuses sync in real time.
If you forward marketing calls with *21*, never place both the public forwarding SIM and the agent’s receiving SIM in the same handset. Local call looping will cause repeated ringing and missed connections.
Telecom operators also flag personal SIMs that generate heavy automated forwarding. For high-volume traffic, use a corporate-registered SIM line or procure dedicated virtual DID numbers.
If outgoing calls still fail or patch calls drop after completing the configuration:
If a personal SIM is throttled or blocked by the carrier because of high-volume forwarding, the Support agent will tag your Account Manager (AM). The AM will help you migrate to an enterprise plan or obtain corporate virtual (DID) numbers.
When correct SIM placement and permissions do not resolve drops or registration failures, Support opens a Child Ticket for Internal Tech Support in Zoho Desk or emails tech.support@myoperator.co.
The ticket must include:
