How do I view tracked calls from different departments?

To view tracked calls from different departments:

1. Click on “Departments” section on the dashboard




2. you will be able to view the calls from different departments. 




All the calls received / missed along with the total number calls in each department is displayed. For instance, in the above diagram number of calls in the sales departments are as follows: 
  1. Received = 2
  2. Missed = 0 
  3. Total = 2
Thus, all the calls in the Sales Department were connected and none were missed. Therefore, this is how you can count on the effectiveness of a department of handling calls.
