7. Key Distinction — Phone Number vs WABA
• Phone number status governs Live Chat, New Chat, Campaigns, MessageTrail, Chat Widget, BOT connection and all API messaging.
• WABA status governs only the Templates module (filters, creation) and the Templates API.
• Both must be APPROVED/CONNECTED for complete platform functionality.

9. Multi-Account Hierarchy Example
An FBM can own many WABAs, and each WABA can own many numbers:
- FBM account (Voicetree) – main company
- WABA accounts (MyOperator, Heyo) – company departments
- Phone numbers – employees in those departments
MyOperator > WhatsApp > Accounts lists every phone number as its own row, so a WABA with two numbers appears twice.
