Once accepted into the MyOperator Technology Partner Program, your membership will continue as long as you meet the program's eligibility and engagement criteria.

Duration & Conditions:

  • Default Membership Term:
    • Ongoing — there is no preset end date.
  • Eligibility Maintenance:
    • To remain in the program, you must continue offering a compatible product or integration and maintain an active partnership profile.
  • Inactivity Clause:
    • If your integration or engagement is inactive for an extended period (e.g., no API calls or referrals for 6+ months), MyOperator may reach out to reassess your status.
  • Voluntary Exit:
  • Termination by MyOperator:
    • Rare, but possible in cases of misuse, non-compliance, or prolonged inactivity.
