How the Salesforce integration works?

  1. New Lead will be created whenever there is an incoming call on MyOperator.
  2. Leads are created with auto filled details.
  3. Under “Open Activities” you will get the details about duration and recording URL of the Call.
  4. Activities are created once lead is formed for any incoming or outgoing calls are done.
  5. Client can make an outgoing call and the data about that call will get sync under “Open Activities”.
  6. No Live Call POP up comes after integration in sales force whenever there is a call landing up to MyOperator.
