How to Identify Unknown Phone Numbers in MyOperator

When to Use This Guide?

Use this guide if:

  • You see calls from numbers not saved in your contact list or CRM.
  • You want to know if a number has previously interacted with your business.
  • You need caller identity info for follow-up, lead tagging, or scoring.

Prerequisites

  • Active MyOperator account with admin or call management access.
  • CRM integration enabled (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Optional: Access to third-party lookup tools such as:
    • Truecaller Web
    • Whitepages
    • NumLookup

A. Use MyOperator Call Logs

  1. Log in to your MyOperator Dashboard.
  2. In the sidebar, click Call Logs.
  3. Find the unknown number under Incoming Calls.
  4. Click the number to view details:
    • Call recordings
    • Call timing and duration
    • Associated agent (if answered)
    • Previous call history

B. Check the CRM Panel (If Integrated)

  1. While viewing call details, click the CRM tab.
  2. If CRM is connected, you’ll see:
    • Contact name and company
    • Email address
    • Notes (if available)
  3. You can:
    • Add notes or tags

    • Sync changes directly to your CRM
