Quick Answer
You only have to wait 24 hours to add a replacement user if your plan has no unused slots; if at least one slot is free you can add the new user immediately.
1. Waiting Period Rules and Billing Impact
• If Consumed Users is lower than Allocated Users, you may create the new profile right away.
• If Consumed Users equals Allocated Users, delete the old profile and wait 24 hours so the backend billing engine can synchronise your usage count.
• Skipping the wait on a fully utilised plan makes the system count both profiles at once, generating over-plan charges of approximately ₹1,000 / 1,500 + GST per extra user or even triggering a temporary suspension.
2. Step-by-Step Replacement Process When Your User Limit Is Exhausted
- Log in as an Owner or Super Admin at in.app.myoperator.com.
- Open Dashboard → Account → Account Usage and confirm that Consumed Users equals Allocated Users.
- Navigate to Manage → Users, select the departing employee’s profile and click Delete / Remove.
- Allow 24 hours for the slot to clear and billing to update.
- Return to Manage → Users → Add New, enter the new team member’s details, choose whether they receive a Pro Licence, and click Save.
- Open Manage → Departments and map the new user to the correct queue so inbound calls reach them.
- Confirm in Dashboard → Account → Account Usage that Remaining Slots is larger than 0.
- Go straight to Manage → Users → Add New, fill in the user’s information, and press Save.
- Assign the user to the relevant department under Manage → Departments so call routing functions properly.
4. Administrative Rules for User Management
- Only the account Owner or a Super Admin can add or delete users.
- A registered primary mobile number cannot be edited; to change it you must delete the profile and recreate it.
If you need extra seat capacity, have already incurred over-plan fees, or find your account locked, contact Support at support@myoperator.com or call 08129-81029 / 092129 92129. Provide your Business Account Number (BAN) and state whether you require a licence expansion, a billing adjustment, or account reactivation.
6. How MyOperator’s Support & Account Teams Handle Your Request
- Support Team Verification & Usage Audit: The agent validates your BAN or Service Number, reviews Dashboard → Account → Account Usage, and explains the 24-hour rule to prevent further charges. They also remind you to map any new user under Manage → Departments.
- Account Manager Hand-off: A callback task is logged for your Account Manager if you need to purchase extra seat licences, upgrade from Nano to Swift, Creta, or Enterprise, dispute overage fees, resolve a suspension, or have specifically asked for AM guidance.
