Hello! Welcome to MyOperator.

We congratulate you for the successful creation of your MyOperator Account.

MyOperator helps you in end-to-end call management. It is an initiative to maintain an effective communication network with your existing customers, prospective leads, and business people within and outside the organization.

If you are new to this product, you should learn about the functions you can perform once the account is created.

The very first thing you need to do is to add users to your account. The user list will include all the agents who will receive the calls for your company and manage your calls effectively.

After that, the next step is to assign departments to the users and allot extension numbers to them.

There you go! Now you can get complete details of all your calls.

Here are some other interesting things you can try out:

  1. Add all business or customer contacts to your account. This will help you in times of emergency or generally if you plan to contact them.
  2. Send Bulk SMSes to the contacts you have created.
  3. Design IVR flow for your company.
  4. Make calls from the panel itself.
