Updates on Live call widget effective 1st September, 2016
The live call widget gave you on-going call details such as who the caller was and which agent in your organization was attending the call.
Now, in addition to the ongoing call details, there are 3 new features: Transfer, Call duration and Hang up.
The transfer feature has resolved the DTMF issue that existed while transferring calls via a mobile phone or a landline using an extension number. Also, you no longer need to remember a user’s extension number. You can transfer a call from one user to another directly from the web panel.
The call duration feature allows you to view the duration of every call since the time it is connected till it gets disconnected.
The hang up feature gives you the freedom to decline calls directly from the web panel.
