What are detail logs? How can I view the same for my calls?
Detail logs are available for all IVR incoming and outgoing calls (Click to call and OBD) for your MyOperator account. Detail logs are step-by-step explanations of all activities/events that took place during that call, including Welcome and menu message played, DTMF inputs by clients (if any), departments or users dialed, the status of the call, hung up by caller, etc.
Details logs are available for all IVR calls received/made for the last 30 days only.
To access detail logs, go to the Logs section on the MyOperator panel. Click on any IVR call log to view the advanced options. Click on "detail log" to view as shown below:
