What are the documents required in order to activate outbound calls on dnd numbers?

For call on DND numbers, if a client is an Individual owner they are required to submit the following detail.
  • Workflow of the process
  • The form where you are collecting the client's detail (screenshot with dummy data)
  • Back end, where you are storing client's information and date of registration, is mandatory(screenshot with dummy data)
If workflow and documents are fine, then the agreement will be shared by MyOperator, otherwise for Public sector and LLP Clients they can fill a form with their basic details we activated outgoing by keeping a spam check message enabled.
