What are the integration steps for MyOperator Panel with Zoho CRM?
For Incoming Calls -
1. Use this link
- Select Zoho option
- Enter Company ID ( You can get the company ID from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the company ID)
- Click on CRM integration, Login to Zoho CRM
- Select accept (comment “MyOperator would like to access the following information.”)
- Integration Successful
2. Now go to MyOperator panel MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (AfterCall Webhook)
- Method: POST
- Content-Type: JSON
- Add company ID
- Please add the following after-call webhook in the panel.
- Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (AfterCall Webhook)
- Method: POST
- Content-Type: JSON
