What are the integration steps for MyOperator Panel with Zoho Phonebridge?

Before integrating the phone bridge, Go to Zoho CRM → Telphony→ Download MyOperator App and enable it for all users

Integration Steps

1. Go to Zoho Phonebridge Integration ( https://connect.myoperator.com/zoho_phonebridge )
Enter Company ID (You can get company ID from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration → public API → you will find the company ID)
2. Enter Secret key (You can get the secret key from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ public API page → you will find the secret key)
3. Enter API token (You can get API token from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration→public API page →you will find the API token)
4. Enter IVR ID ( Manage→ Outgoing→ Campaign→ Enter ID of peer-to-peer campaign, if not exist, create a new peer-to-peer campaign)
5. Click on the integrated button.
6. It will redirect to the success page
7. Please add the following after-call webhook in the panel.
      - Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (AfterCall Webhook)
      - Method: POST
      - URL: https://connect.myoperator.com/api/1.1/wf/phonebridge_aftercall/
      - Content-Type: JSON
      - Save it
8. Please add the following incall webhook in the panel.
      - Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (InCall Webhook)
      - Method: POST
      - URL: https://connect.myoperator.com/api/1.1/wf/phonebridge_incall/
      - Content-Type: JSON
      - Save it
9. The email ID of the MyOperator user should be the same as Zoho CRM user. If you have added new users in Zoho CRM, you can resync Users -       https://connect.myoperator.com/phonebridge_user.
