There are four major components:

  1. Header (Optional): Can include text, images, videos, or documents.
  2. Body (Mandatory): Max 1024 characters, supports bold, italic, strikethrough, emojis, and placeholders.
  3. Footer (Optional): Max 60 characters.
  4. Buttons (Optional): Three types are allowed—Phone Number, URL, and Custom Reply.
