What are the prerequisites for setting up the LeadSquared CRM integration?
Prerequisite:
- Enable Webhook inCall and Webhook AfterCall
- Enable click2call
- Mobile number of the user should be updated in Leadsquared User (Agent Phone numbers)
Note: If the client has added in other places, phone, mobile, or telephone, then we have removed the number from this field and updated in the agent's phone number field.
