What are the Traffic, Departments and Users sections in the MyOperator Mobile App?

There are 3 different sections in the MyOperator Mobile App: Traffic, Departments and Users


This section shows your business's Call Traffic. It provides you information on your business's total call volume in the last 12 hours, the number of new and returning customers followed by the number of new and total subscribers.


This section provides you the details for the number of IVR calls received or missed by each department within your organization. For instance, if your business has 3 departments such as Sales, Support and HR then, the call logs for each department can be viewed on your Mobile App.


This section allows you to view outgoing and incoming calls. You can also view the number of calls connected and missed by each user in your organization.
