What fields are included in the FreshSales Integration?

  1. Contact Fields
    1. Contact Owner: The customer who has picked up the call or missed the call, the last agent will be the contact owner. If there is no owner found with an email ID, the default owner(1st user of Freshsales) will be assigned.
    2. Mobile: 10 10-digit caller’s number will be added.
    3. Last Name: 10 10-digit caller’s number will be added.
    4. Email: 10-digit caller’s number @ivr.com

    1. Call From: 10-digit Caller’s number
    2. Related to: Existing/New Contact
    3. Call Type: Inbound/Outbound
    4.
