What integration steps are involved in setting up KYLAS CRM Integration with MyOperator?
To integrate KYLAS CRM with MyOperator, follow these steps:
- Go to Kyla's Marketplace → install Kylas Caller app → Open Kylas Caller app.
- Kylas Caller app click on view Details → connected accounts → click on Add a connected account.
- Select vendor as MyOperator
- API Key: Enter API token(You can get the API token from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the API token)
- API Secret (for Click to Call): Enter the Secret key(You can get the secret key from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the secret key)
- Public IVR ID from your My Operator Account: Enter IVR ID ( Manage→ Outgoing→ Campaign→ Enter ID of the peer-to-peer campaign, if not exist, create a new peer-to-peer campaign)
- Save it
- "Agent hangup" will be mapped with 'After call' in My operator & "Agent incoming call" will be mapped with 'In call' in My operator
- Go to MyOperator panel → Manage → API integration → Webhook → Add new
- After call → Select method as post → paste the URL (Agent hangup URL from Kylas caller app) → Content type as Json → save it
- Incall → Select method as post → paste the URL (Agent incoming call URL from Kylas caller app) → Content type as Json → save it
- In Kylas Caller app → Manage users option and add user (this will add user in kylas CRM)
- In View Agents, select add agents, then select the user (kylas) and MyOperator user and save.
- In Kylas Caller app → Manage users option and add user (this will add user in kylas CRM). In View Agents, select add agents, then select the user (kylas) and MyOperator user and save.
