What is an outbound campaign?

Outbound campaign means the way to initiate the call to the caller to the callee. There are two types of campaign

  1. IVR based campaign:  Customers communicate to the user based on IVR call flow.  Example: Clients want to run a campaign to connect customers to connect automatically to the Sales department to give information about the new policy.

Or broadcast the notification about the new policy to the customer without connecting user  

  1. Peer to peer: 

Peer-to-peer outbound campaigns will bridge calls between your agents and customers directly. This is used when clients want their specific customers to a particular user. Example  OBD calls to customers to connect to their AM in this case peer to peer call used.


When you should use IVR based campaign? 

For example, You want to run a campaign every Tuesday from 12:00 to 01:00 to connect customers in the Sales department to give information about the new policy.

Required things to run a campaign- 

  1. Name of campaign

  2. Schedule time of the campaign

  3. Create IVR call flow mapping department Sales

  4. To run the campaign, create a Job by uploading the contact list or can integrate campaign API in your system

When you should use peer to peer campaign?

For example, Clients want to connect AM  to their customers automatically for the feedback of service.

  2. Schedule the time of the campaign
