What is the difference between contacts and users?
There is a major difference between a “User” and a “Contact”.
- User: A person who is responsible to receive IVR calls or can access the MyOperator account using his/her own registered phone number is a User. (Add a new user)
- Contact: A phone number that is added by a User to his MyOperator account, updating his name and email address is a contact. Just like you save a phone number with a name in your cell phone. Usually we save customer details in the contact section so that their name is displayed in the logs section istead of phone numbers. (Add a new contact)

Note: All users can be in the contact list but not necessarily all those who are in the contact list, is a user.
