What is the logic behind the NPF (NoPaperForms) integration?

  1. When someone calls the service number, MyOperator will check if any counsellor is assigned to the caller or not. If assigned, it will dial the same counsellor. If the counsellor is not picking up the call, then normal IVR will be played and in case no counsellor is found, the normal IVR will be played to the caller.
  2. When any counsellor receives a call, he will receive the call notification on his screen where he can add the details about the call and add dispositions
  3. Client can initiate outgoing call’s from NPF panel.
