You can use the call forward/cdivert option from your mobile phone or pres *21* service number# to activate call forwarding. If both the above mentioned forwarding methods do not work, then kindly contact the network operator of your mobile number as the forwarding is entirely dependent on the network operator. Also, you can port in your number to MyOperator so that it can be used directly on the panel.
