What steps are involved in configuring the integration of 4QT CRM?

Steps:
  1. Login into MyOperator. Go to Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook
  2. Click on Add new and select aftercall webhook
  3. Add the “http://ganpati04.4erealty.com/IVR_Inbound.aspx?UID=fourqt&PWD=wn9mxO76f34=&f=IVR” until f=IVR and select method “GET”
  4. Add IVR in the parameter name and select custom and add service number in the field.
  5. Add a new parameter and add “con” in parameter name and select customer number without the country code in the value
  6. Add new parameter and add “url” in parameter name and select recording URL from dropdown
  7. Add a new parameter and add “src” in parameter name and select custom parameter from dropdown and add myoperator in the field.
  8. Add new parameter and add “amob” in parameter name and select agent’s number from the dropdown

where
@mob is mobile number (mandatory)
@email is email id (optional)
@name is name of customer (optional)
@url is recording url(optional)
@Remark is Remarks by customer (optional)
@Proj is project name (optional)
@Source is Name of source (mandatory),
@agentmobileno is mobile number of agent if any (optional)
@city is city (optional)
@location is location (optional)

Note: You can skip optional parameters which are not available in MyOperator until mentioned in the API document
