  5. Click on add new and add “Input node Webhook. Method will be POST and add the following URL: https://api.nopaperforms.com/getCounsellor/409/myoperator?secret_key=990af9b2bd30bf53cdeb397e96112202 and save. where numeric value will be variable and will vary for client to client and you can find the secret key provided by the CRM team.
  6. Create a new call flow(advance). After the welcome message, add the input node and response. In input node setting, recording fill will be blank and Webhook will trigger to automatic and select the saved URL
  7. Create the desired call flow provided by the client and publish the IVR
