What steps are MyOperator taking to prevent call drops and improve call quality/call clarity?

Call quality, call drops and network congestion have been issues that all telecom operators are facing lately.

We at MyOperator have developed advanced algorithms that re-routes calls whenever our systems detect such issues.
MyOperator is also re-routing calls through low congestion telecom circles, mainly tier 2 cities like Ahmedabad, Jaipur, etc. which will further reduce call drops and improve call quality.

However, users still have the option to re-route calls manually from a different telecom network.


1. Go to Manage section in MyOperator panel from your super admin account





2. Navigate to "Design callflow" in setting section.




3. Go to "Advance stetting" from the left menu



4. Click on "Edit" link in Route settings 





5. Now click on "Switch" button to change the route.




Please note that changing call route does not guarantee that call quality will improve or reduction in call drops, it is just a mechanism by which you can change the telecom operator through which your calls will be routed.
