What steps can I take to prevent call drops and improve call quality/call clarity?

Call quality, call drops and network congestion have been an issue that all telecom operators are facing lately. We at MyOperator have developed advanced algorithms that re-route calls whenever our systems detect such issues.

However, users still have the option to re-route calls manually from a different telecom network.

1. Go to the "Manage" section in the MyOperator panel from your super admin account.

2. Navigate to "Design callflow" in the setting section.

3. Go to "Advance stetting" from the left menu.

4. Click on the "Edit" link in Route settings.

5. Now click on the "Switch" button to change the route.

Please note that changing the call route does not guarantee that call quality will improve or reduction in call drops, it is just a mechanism by which you can change the telecom operator through which your calls will be routed.
