Why do we need to create a subscription list?


Subscription lists are created based on the call attributes. Creating subscription lists are beneficial as it allows you to reach back to a set of callers through remarketing campaigns. Also, it segregates and filters your log data by providing you information about the number of calls received and connected by each department. This thereby, helps you to analyze the call performance of each department.


To create a subscription list, follow the steps mentioned below:

1. Login to your MyOperator panel and click on “Remarketing” at the top.




2. Click on “New lists” on the left. A subscription form will open.




3. Fill in the criterion for which you want to create the list and name the new subscription list. Additionally, you can also set the duration and time for the subscription list by clicking on “Subscriber for specific time”.




4.Click on “Save list” after filling in all these fields.
