Can I change the sender ID on SMS?
Usually the SMS notifications you receive are from the MyOperator domain. But in case, you plan to change the ID with your company name, just contact your account manager to customize the same. This shall lead to extra charges for your account.
Why aren't my messages getting delivered to a specific number?
There could be two reasons for this: Either you are sending promotional messages to a DND number. There is a technical issue at the end of your service provider.
