How can I change or remove buttons after adding them?
You can remove buttons individually or by toggling off the button feature. Button positions and values can be rearranged using drag-and-drop.
What languages are supported for templates?
In Phase 1, we support only three types of English—English, English (US), and English (UK). Each template can be submitted in one language. But try to create a template in your native language like Hindi, it might work
Can I use the same template in multiple WABA accounts?
No, each template can be associated with only one WABA account.
What happens if I select the wrong template category?
If you choose the wrong category (e.g., selecting "Utility" for a promotional message), Meta may automatically adjust the category during the review process.
What should I do if my template gets rejected?
If your template is rejected, you can create a new one and resubmit it for approval.
What happens after I submit a template?
After submitting, the template will be sent to Meta for approval, which usually takes 5 to 20 minutes. The status (Approved, Pending, Rejected) will be updated and visible on the template listing page.
How can I preview the template before submitting?
On the right side of the template creation page, you will see a real-time preview showing how the template (header, body, footer, and buttons) will appear on WhatsApp. Adjustments can be made before submitting it for approval.
Can I rearrange button positions?
Yes, you can use drag-and-drop icons to rearrange button positions and values.
Are there any rules for organizing buttons in the template?
Yes, buttons must be grouped correctly. For example: Valid grouping: Quick Reply + Quick Reply, Quick Reply + URL + Phone. Invalid grouping: Quick Reply + URL + Quick Reply.
