Can I use SMS facility in my number, which I already transferred the ownership to MyOperator?

Not directly on your phone. Once your number is transferred to MyOperator, native SMS from your device’s messaging app is disabled.

✅ However, you can still send and receive SMS through MyOperator’s In-SMS feature inside the MyOperator system.

🔄 How SMS Works After Transfer

  • Before transfer: You send and receive SMS through your phone’s default messaging app.
  • After transfer to MyOperator:
    • SMS is managed inside the MyOperator dashboard or virtual interface.
    • All inbound and outbound SMS flow through In-SMS, not your regular SIM card.

  • No SMS on device: You cannot send OTPs, texts, or alerts from your phone’s default SMS app once transferred.
  • OTP handling: For apps like WhatsApp or banking that require SMS OTPs, MyOperator securely provides them through its system.
  • Business continuity: You can track, export, and manage SMS logs via the MyOperator dashboard.

🎯 What You Can Expect

  • A single place to manage both calls and SMS in the MyOperator dashboard.
  • No disruption for SMS-dependent apps, provided OTPs are requested via MyOperator.
  • Detailed SMS usage and billing available inside your MyOperator account.
