No. MyOperator does not support installment payments.
All plans—Compact, Sedan, SUV, and Enterprise—must be paid in a single transaction for the chosen plan (billed annually).
However, you can use external EMI options through your bank or financing providers.

    Consolidated payments reduce accounting complexity for both the customer and MyOperator.
  • Immediate Provisioning:
    As soon as payment is made, MyOperator activates your calling/WhatsApp setup, users, channels, and onboarding—making installments incompatible with provisioning workflows.

You can make payments via bank transfer which will be provided by your connected POC.


3. External EMI / Financing Options (Workarounds)

Although MyOperator does not offer instalments directly, you can still achieve instalment flexibility through:

  1. Bank EMI Conversion
    • Pay using a credit card.
    • Convert the transaction into a 3/6/9/12-month EMI using your bank’s net-banking portal or mobile app.
  2. Business Loan Wallets
    • Services like RazorpayX, ZestMoney, or LazyPay Business allow you to obtain short-term financing.
    • Use their virtual card at checkout.
  3. Internal Corporate Split PO
    • Some companies raise multiple internal cost-centre approvals
    • BUT must still pay one consolidated amount to MyOperator.

4. How to Complete Your Payment (Step-by-Step)

  1. Log in to the MyOperator Dashboard.
  2. Go to Billing → Plans.
  3. Click Proceed to Pay (taxes auto-applied as per region).
  4. Select your preferred payment method.
  5. Complete the secure payment gateway flow.
  6. You’ll get a “Payment Successful” confirmation, and a PDF invoice will be shared within 24 hours.
