1. Prerequisites
• Admin access to the MyOperator dashboard.
• An existing IVR flow already created.
2. Supported file specs

3. Step-by-step: upload or replace a sound file
- Log in to the MyOperator dashboard and click on Calls.

- From the left menu, click on “Design Callflow”.

- Click on “Audio Library” from the left pane

- Click on Add Files

5. Enter the prompt text you want

6. There are two options, one is system-generated audio (which is basically Text to Speech) and the other one is File Upload

7. Click System-generated audio if you simply want to change the text-to-speech
8. Click File upload, if you already have the pre-recorded audio files and fetch them from your computer to upload.
9. Click Add to submit the sounds

4. When an upload will NOT work
• File is larger than 5 MB.
• File is not in .mp3 format.
• Browser cache still serves an older audio clip—clear cache and retest.
