3. Step-by-step: upload or replace a sound file

  1. Log in to the MyOperator dashboard and click on Calls.

  1. From the left menu, click on “Design Callflow”.

  1. Click on “Audio Library” from the left pane

 

  1. Click on Add Files

5. Enter the prompt text you want


6. There are two options, one is system-generated audio (which is basically Text to Speech) and the other one is File Upload

7. Click System-generated audio if you simply want to change the text-to-speech

8. Click File upload, if you already have the pre-recorded audio files and fetch them from your computer to upload.

9. Click Add to submit the sounds


4. When an upload will NOT work

• File is larger than 5 MB.

• File is not in .mp3 format.

• Browser cache still serves an older audio clip—clear cache and retest.
