How can I get the list of all the users added?

Short answer: Use Reports → Export → Users (or Manage → Users → Export, if available) to download a CSV of every user with key fields like name, email, phone, extension, role, status, department, and panel access.

Prerequisites

  • You can sign in to the MyOperator panel.
  • Your role has permission to view Reports (and Users, if using Option B).

Option A — Export from Reports (recommended)

  1. Sign in to MyOperator.
  2. Open Reports from the left sidebar.
  3. Click Export (top‑right).
  4. In the left panel, choose Users.
  5. Set filters (optional), or leave blank to export all users.
  6. Click Export. A .csv file will download to your computer. Large exports may be delivered asynchronously (if supported).

Option B — Export from Users (alternate path)

If your account shows an export option on the Users screen, use this quick path.
  1. Go to Manage → Users.
  2. (Optional) Apply filters (role, department, status).
  3. Click Export (or Download CSV) if available.

What’s included (field dictionary)

Typical columns in the Users CSV:

  • extension – Internal extension (if used)
  • role – Agent / Supervisor / Admin (etc.)
  • status – Active / Inactive
  • panel_access – ON/OFF (Pro vs call‑only)

Verify your export

  1. Open the CSV in a spreadsheet editor (UTF‑8 encoding).
  2. Compare the row count with the number of users shown in Manage → Users using the same filters.
  3. Spot‑check fields (name, role, department) for a few users.

Success criteria: Row counts match your expectations and key fields are populated as expected.

Troubleshooting

  • Export option not visible: You may lack permission; contact your account admin.
  • Empty or too few rows: Clear filters or widen them (status/role/department) and re‑export.
  • CSV won’t download: Disable pop‑up blockers, try another browser, or check network restrictions.
  • Garbled characters: Ensure your spreadsheet app opens the file as UTF‑8.
  • Very large accounts: Large exports can take longer; if supported, the file may be emailed or available in a downloads queue.
