How do I forward my existing number to MyOperator?
Note: You can only forward you calls to MyOperator Non tollfree numbers.
For all GSM users:
To forward your existing number to MyOperator, you need to dial “*21*[MyOperator number]#”. You can view your activation status by dialing “*#21#”.
For all Landline users and CDMA users (except Reliance CDMA):
To forward your existing number to MyOperator, you need to dial “114+ MyOperator number”.

Note:
To activate call forwarding, landline users have to call their mobile operator’s customer care from their existing number to raise the request. Once the request is completed they will be able to dial the above number and change the settings.
Reliance CDMA does not support call forwarding directly. Therefore, to enable call forwarding users need to select the call forwarding option under the “Settings” section of their handset.
Call forwarding varies from operator to operator.
In case, you want to deactivate call forwarding, dial “##21#” if you are a GSM user or dial “115” if you are a Landline/ CDMA user.
