How do I recharge my number?

To recharge your MyOperator account or top up your balance, follow these simple steps to ensure your account remains active and functional.
Pre-Recharge Checklist:
Before you begin, make sure to:
- Log in to the MyOperator Admin Panel.
- Ensure you have billing access permissions.
- Have a valid payment method available (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).
Recharge Your Account:
- Log in to your MyOperator Dashboard.
- From the left sidebar, select Billing.
- Under the Payments tab, click the "Pay Now" button.
- Enter your desired recharge amount and choose your preferred payment method.
- Click Submit to complete the payment process via the payment gateway.
What Happens Next?
- You'll receive an on-screen payment success confirmation.
- Your balance will be updated instantly under the Billing > Usage section.
- A receipt will be sent to your registered email address.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- If you don’t see the "Pay Now" button, you may not have billing access. Please contact your account admin.
- If the payment fails or gets stuck, try again in a few minutes or reach out to customer support for assistance.
