To recharge your MyOperator account or top up your balance, follow these simple steps to ensure your account remains active and functional.

Pre-Recharge Checklist:

Before you begin, make sure to:

  • Log in to the MyOperator Admin Panel.
  • Ensure you have billing access permissions.
  • Have a valid payment method available (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking).

Recharge Your Account:

  1. Log in to your MyOperator Dashboard.
  2. From the left sidebar, select Billing.
  3. Under the Payments tab, click the "Pay Now" button.
  4. Enter your desired recharge amount and choose your preferred payment method.
  5. Click Submit to complete the payment process via the payment gateway.

What Happens Next?

  • You'll receive an on-screen payment success confirmation.
  • Your balance will be updated instantly under the Billing > Usage section.
  • A receipt will be sent to your registered email address.

Troubleshooting Tips:

  • If you don’t see the "Pay Now" button, you may not have billing access. Please contact your account admin.
