How to synchronize users between MyOperator and Zoho Recruit / Zoho Bigin?
The email ID of the MyOperator user should be the same as Zoho CRM user. If you have added new users in Zoho CRM, you can resync Users -
1. Add company ID
2. Please add the following after-call webhook in the panel.
- Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new (AfterCall Webhook)
- Method: POST
- Content-Type: JSON
3. Please add the following incall webhook in the panel.
Login MyOperator→ Manage→ API Integration→ Webhook→ Add new(InCall Webhook)
