MyOperator India Postpaid Process

How can be postpaid option availed?

MyOperator service can be used by businesses just by enabling auto-pay (auto debit) on the MyOperator panel (https://app.myoperator.co/payment

There are two options for the auto-pay:

  1. Auto pay through e-mandate (Netbanking access required).
  2. Auto pay through credit card.

Can a postpaid option be offered without auto pay?

No. The postpaid billing cannot be offered without an auto-pay.

All card details like, CVV, Expiry, Billing address are added on the Razorpay payment gateway and they do their own processing and checks. Same goes for your internet banking details. Razorpay is one of the largest payment processors in India trusted and used by businesses like 
Airtel, Bookmyshow, Pizza Hut, irctc, swizzy and many others.

MyOperator does not capture or has access to any of these details.

Can I just increase my credit limit without subscribing for auto pay?

No, the credit limit is added by the system in the start to give certain flexibility to customers and cannot be stretched.
