What are the steps for integrating FreshSales CRM with MyOperator?

What are the steps for integrating FreshSales CRM with MyOperator?

  1. Go to Integration page
  2. Click on Freshsales logo
  3. Enter Company ID( You can get company ID from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the company ID)
  4. Enter FreshSales Domain and token(Login Freshsales-->Setting-->API Setting)
  5. Click on the integrate button.
  6. It will redirect to the success page.
  7. Copy the URL from the success page and go to manage→ API Integration→ Webhook and click on Add New.
  8. Select aftercall webhook, Select method “POST”
  9. Add the URL(https://connect.myoperator.com/api/1.1/wf/freshsales_aftercall/)
  10. Select Content Type to “JSON”
  11. Press Save button
  12. If the customer adds any new user in freshSales CRM, sync user is required. In case any new user is added in MyOperator, there is no need to sync the users.
    1. Go to Sync User page - https://connect.myoperator.com/freshsales_user
    2. Enter Company ID( You can get company ID from myoperator→ Manage→ API Integration and on this page, you will find the company ID)
    3. Click on the Sync User button and the users sync successfully."
