What should I do if my MyOperator business number/service number is giving message as: out of service?

What should I do if my MyOperator business number/service number is giving message as: out of service?

If your MyOperator number plays an "out of service" message when someone tries to call, there could be two main reasons:

1️⃣ Call forwarding issues from your phone

2️⃣ Account-related issues within MyOperator

Let’s help you troubleshoot both 👇

📱 If you're using call forwarding from your personal phone

Sometimes, the forwarding settings may break due to device or SIM changes.

🔧 Fix it by following these steps:

Recheck and reset your call forwarding settings:

Make sure you’re forwarding to the correct MyOperator virtual/service number

Test the number again after resetting

🔁 Still not working? Remove and re-add the forwarding to refresh the connection.

🛠️ If you are NOT using call forwarding

Your MyOperator number may show "out of service" due to internal issues like:

⚠️ Account expired or suspended

🔍 KYC not completed or failed

🔌 Number deactivated or porting in process
