How MM Lite Works With MyOperator

For New MyOperator Customers:

• MM Lite will be included automatically during signup

• You’ll see a confirmation screen

• All your marketing messages will be sent through MM Lite from day one

For Existing MyOperator Customers:

• If MM Lite isn’t active for your account, you’ll see a banner on the Campaigns page for each phone number

• Just click 'Apply Now' to enable it

• The banner will disappear for all linked WABA numbers

• Once active, all messages go via MM Lite

• If not enabled, messages will continue using your existing delivery routes

• Customers won’t see any change in how the message looks, just better delivery behind the scenes
